Yes, you can use it inside the oven if the item has aluminum or stainless-steel handles. If the handle is Bakelite, it is not oven safe.
First, allow your cookware to cool down before cleaning. Avoid placing the hot cookware under cold water to avoid any deformation or warp. Then clean the piece of cookware in warm soapy water with a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive sponges or pads.
